Terms of Service
Last updated: February 28, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Polyverge ("the Service"), available at polyverge.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Polyverge is operated by Polyverge ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
Polyverge is an AI-powered platform that sends your questions to multiple independent AI models (including Claude, GPT, Gemini, and Grok), scores and evaluates their responses via an arbiter, and delivers a synthesized answer. The Service includes a web application and an API.
3. Accounts and Authentication
You may use the Service anonymously with limited access, or create an account via Google, GitHub, or email magic link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share API keys or allow unauthorized access to your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Polyverge offers Free and Pro tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at admin@polyverge.io.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures; use automated systems to scrape or overload the Service beyond normal API usage; resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; or submit queries designed to extract harmful, dangerous, or illegal information from the underlying AI models.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Polyverge's responses are generated by third-party AI models and synthesized algorithmically. While the multi-model approach aims to improve answer quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or biases. The Service does not provide professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or investment advice. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for important decisions. Use of the Clinical Academy or Investment Committee does not constitute a professional consultation.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the questions you submit. AI-generated responses are provided for your use but may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI). The Polyverge name, logo, and platform design are our property. You may share individual inquiry results via the Service's share feature.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party AI providers and payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these providers. Changes to third-party APIs or services may affect the Service's functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polyverge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via the email associated with their account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thomas County, Georgia.
12. Contact
